All returns must be sent back within 3 days and items must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs of the return, and/ or shipping cost for exchanges. Please email us at lattshop.ae@gmail.com if you would like to do a return for exchange or store credit, and please provide us with your name, receipt number, and date of purchase. We do not issue money back only store gift cards. Moreover, If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team. 

Gifts Return Policy:

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Latte shop is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

 

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by:

• Sending you replacement parts or accessories
• Replacing the product or Issue a refund 
• And we'll also cover the cost of any return shipping

If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.

 

All the Fabric products in latte shop are hand made so please read these notes carefully:

• Different monitors/different shooting environments
• Different batches will have color differences, different batches of fabric, the crease degree will also be different. Mind careful shooting!
• Cotton and linen material will appear cotton seeds, miscellaneous colors, stray lines and other small things ( but its not quality issue, its part of the design )
